Holy-ish: Yoga for the Curious Soul

January 26-March 23, 2025

Yoga is more than bending, stretching, or holding poses—it's a pathway to rediscovering yourself. Holy-ish  invites you to explore the depth of yoga beyond the mat.

This 8-week journey is designed for those who are curious about yoga’s spiritual side and ready to align with their highest self. Through philosophy, movement, meditation, and reflection, you’ll learn to:

  • Embrace Yoga

Embrace yoga as a holistic practice for mind, body, and spirit, offering a path to inner peace, physical strength, and spiritual growth. Through mindful movement, controlled breathing, and meditative focus, yoga nurtures mental clarity, promotes flexibility and balance, and fosters a deep sense of harmony within yourself and with the world around you.

  • Release Emotional Blockages

Release emotional blockages and invite healing into your life by creating space for self-awareness, self-compassion, and personal growth. Let go of the weight of past burdens and open yourself to transformative energy that restores balance, renews your spirit, and nurtures your emotional well-being. By embracing this journey, you allow room for peace, resilience, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.

  • Live With Greater Intention

Cultivate mindfulness and live with greater intention by bringing your awareness to the present moment and aligning your actions with your values and goals. Practice gratitude, embrace clarity, and make choices that reflect your true priorities. By living mindfully, you can deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you, fostering a sense of purpose, balance, and fulfillment in all areas of your life.

Awaken to the next phase of your spiritual growth

Yoga is deeply intertwined with spirituality, as it's considered a holistic practice that aims to connect the mind, body, and spirit through physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation, ultimately leading to a deeper understanding of oneself and the universe, often resulting in a heightened sense of inner peace and connection to something greater than oneself; while many practice yoga for physical benefits, the spiritual aspect is a core element of the discipline.

People who grew up in traditional religious environments but feel disconnected or curious about alternative spiritual paths.

Former "church girls" (or boys!) who are ready to explore spirituality without dogma.

Anyone who’s ever felt stuck in their spiritual journey and is ready to reconnect with their inner self.

Those intrigued by yoga philosophy but unsure how it applies to real life.

Yoga enthusiasts who want to deepen their practice beyond asana and discover the transformational power of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

About Your Guide

Peace, I AM KeKe, Yoga Alchemist & Curator of Mindful Liberation and I’ll be your guide on this transformative journey.

I’m a yoga teacher, former social worker, mother, and seeker who has been on my own path of healing and self-discovery. Yoga found me during a time when I was searching for deeper answers—not just for my body, but for my soul.

Through yoga, I discovered that true enlightenment doesn’t come from outside sources—it’s within us, waiting to be uncovered. My mission is to create spaces where others can explore their spirituality, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and embody liberation through movement, mindfulness, and soulful inquiry.

With years of experience in yoga philosophy, chakra healing, and spiritual practices, I’ve crafted Holy-ish to be a safe, supportive container for your own journey. Whether you’re just beginning to explore spirituality or looking to deepen your connection to yourself, I’m honored to walk alongside you.
