200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training: The Embodied Path

This is a practitioner-first yoga teacher training designed for those ready to deepen their relationship with yoga, trust themselves, and begin teaching from an authentic place.

Over six months, you’ll explore yoga as a lived, embodied practice through movement, breathwork, meditation, storytelling, and ritual. This training goes beyond poses — supporting you in understanding yourself more deeply, developing your voice, and learning how to guide others with confidence and presence.

Training Dates: January 21 – June 13, 2027

Opening Intensive (In-Person)

January 21 – January 24, 2027 (Thursday–Sunday)
The training begins with a four-day immersive experience to ground in practice, build community, and set the foundation for the journey ahead.

Additional Intensive Weekends

February 19 – February 21, 2027 (Friday–Sunday)
March 19 – March 21, 2027 (Friday–Sunday)
April 16 – April 18, 2027 (Friday–Sunday)
May 14 – May 16, 2027 (Friday–Sunday)
June 11 – June 13, 2027 (Friday–Sunday) (Final Practicum Weekend)

Weekly Virtual Sessions

Thursdays (2 hours, live online)

Following the opening intensive, we will meet weekly on Thursdays for continued study, integration, and discussion throughout the duration of the training.

***After completion you will receive a Certificate of Completion and able to register with Yoga Alliance and The Association of Yoga Professionals.

Our space was created to make movement, and meditation accessible to every body; with a deep commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for Black bodies and marginalized communities. While our foundation is rooted in the desire to create this accessibility, our doors are open to everyone, regardless of background or experience.

This is more than a yoga practice—it’s a community dedicated to reclaiming freedom of the mind, body, and soul. Through mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and meditation, we help you release the negative energies that weigh you down and guide you toward rediscovering your inner strength and authentic power.

We offer in-person classes in Durham, North Carolina, Private sessions are available to meet your personal needs, and for those who prefer virtual connection, we continue to offer private online sessions and workshops, staying true to our roots in the digital space.

  • Unsure where to start? Want to get to know your instructor before you commit to a private session? Have very specific questions or needs that would need to be addressed before starting any movement program? Consultations allow you to find reassurance that you are exactly where you are supposed to be.

  • Private sessions are tailor made experiences. We offer both in person and online sessions to meet your busy schedule. We make house calls!

  • Have a special event coming up and want to host a yoga session for you and all your guest; we provide you with an exceptional yoga experience that is sure to ground, reset, relax, and restore everyone in attendance. Corporate yoga is available to meet your employee needs.

  • Flexible options to make sure you’re able to show up on the mat no matter where you are. Not all classes offer virtual options.

  • New to teaching? Looking to make yoga a full or part time business or increase your confidence around teaching. We are here to help.
